TS Media Group provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

Marketing strategy and consulting
Specific deliverables, pricing, and timelines will be outlined in a separate proposal, contract, or invoice.
2. Payments
Payment terms will be agreed upon before work begins.

Deposits may be required before project start.

Ongoing services (such as ad management) are billed monthly.

Late payments may result in paused services.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
Failure to pay may result in termination of services and removal of access to deliverables.
3. Ownership of Work
Unless otherwise stated in writing:

TS Media Group retains ownership of creative materials until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to use the final approved deliverables.

Raw files, unused footage, and working files are not included unless specifically agreed upon.
TS Media Group reserves the right to display completed work in portfolios, advertisements, and marketing materials.
4. Advertising Disclaimer
TS Media Group does not guarantee specific results from paid advertising or marketing campaigns.
Results depend on many factors including:

Industry

Competition
-
Offer strength
-
Budget
-
Market conditions
-
Client responsiveness
We are responsible for strategy and execution, but not for sales performance, close rates, or business outcomes beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate information

Respond in a timely manner

Approve or request revisions promptly

Maintain access to necessary accounts (Meta, Google, website hosting, etc.)

Comply with all advertising platform policies
Delays in communication may impact timelines and results.
6. Revisions
Revisions are limited to what is outlined in your agreement or package.
Additional revisions beyond scope may require additional fees.
7. Third-Party Platforms
TS Media Group is not responsible for:

Account suspensions

Ad rejections
-
Policy changes
-
Platform outages
-
Changes made by Meta, Google, or other third-party providers
Clients are responsible for complying with platform policies.
8. Limitation of Liability
TS Media Group shall not be liable for:

Lost revenue

Lost profits
-
Indirect damages
-
Business interruption
-
Data loss
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate services in writing.
If services are terminated:

Work completed up to that point must be paid for.

Ongoing monthly services will end at the close of the billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential business information private and not disclose it to third parties without written consent.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
12. Changes to Terms
TS Media Group may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
